Y (Yod) is the most commonly used letter in the Hebrew alphabet and corresponding as it does with the most commonly found amino acid, Leucine, it gives us the name of God that shows up in our exercise well ahead of any other - YY(ײ), an abbreviation for Adonai. To check the Hebrew letter frequencies again go here and the order of amino acids go here.
However, for a time it looked as if "Woe" might even be the main message of the genome, outdoing names of God - simply because the noun "Woe" is HH (הה), and H is the third most commonly used letter in the Hebrew alphabet. And the exclamation "Woe!" is HY (הי), using the first letter Y and third letter H, so shows up even more often. It gives a prophetic note to a lot of the statements containing the word Woe! Certainly there are plenty of Woe statements in the Bible!
But we are happy to report that occurences of "Woe" are outnumbered by Adonai and totally eclipsed by all the names of God added together. Woe is HY (הי) but the addition of another H (ה) turns Woe into a name of God meaning existence/life (היה). In other words God overturns destruction and woe.
The Hebrew letters also mean various numbers but I did not explore this.
